How do I edit my banner after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email from Corjl with a link to your editable banner. Just click the link, log in using your email, and start customizing directly in your browser—no software needed!
What can I edit on the banner?
Editable fields typically include:
- Event title
- Date
- Location
- Font color
Fonts, background images, and core design elements are locked to maintain the professional design integrity.
Do I need design experience to use Corjl?
Not at all! These banners are made for busy admins who don’t have time to design. Simply click and replace the placeholder text with your event info. It’s quick, intuitive, and requires no creative skills.
Can I edit my banner on a phone or tablet?
Yes, but for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop. That way, you’ll have full access to all editing tools and features.
How long will I have access to my banner?
You’ll have access for 180 days after purchase. During that time, you can edit, download, and reuse your banner as many times as you need.
What format should I download my banner in for ChapterPRO?
We recommend downloading your banner in .PNG or .JPEG format. All banners are already sized to meet ChapterPRO’s upload requirements—no resizing needed.
Can I request custom edits?
These templates are designed to be self-serve, but if you need a small tweak outside of what’s editable, feel free to reach out! For full custom designs, you can still hire us separately.
What if I can’t find my email from Corjl?
Check your spam or promotions folder—it sometimes lands there. Still can’t find it? Go to corjl.com and log in with the email you used at checkout. Your design will be waiting there.
